I think a lot of people think that Eli is staying for the full season. I have a weird feeling in just for S13A Summer break. Also Stefan tweet that this is the new Degrassi (Hashtagged) #Fornow. So we may lose Eli and another character. I think they maybe using Eli as a warm up to keep the fans to move forward with the new cast. We may not even physically see Eli until that funeral scene & some video chat. This is why in not getting my hopes up.
